Within our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, we:
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of information and its availability when needed.
- Set our information security objectives based on risk assessments and provide the resources and conditions needed to achieve them.
- Expect our employees to make information security rules part of their everyday work, and ensure that all staff and relevant third parties receive appropriate training.
- Protect information belonging to our customers, suppliers and business partners so that only authorised people can access it, and comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
- Record information security incidents and weaknesses, investigate their causes and take action to prevent recurrence.
- Assess applicable requirements and the opportunities they bring, continually improve our system, and ensure that our company, staff and all interested parties adapt to it.
This policy is reviewed and updated at least once a year, or whenever a significant change occurs in our company, with the participation of senior management and department heads, to keep it appropriate, accurate and effective.
