Within our ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, we are committed to the following principles:
- Comply with all applicable legislation, including Turkish Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, and take international standards as our guide.
- Identify, assess and control health and safety risks systematically, and continually improve our performance.
- Evaluate the health and safety impact of new products, equipment, facilities and processes at the design and planning stage.
- Eliminate hazards at their source with the participation and input of our employees; record accidents and near misses and remove their causes.
- Be prepared for emergencies, with plans that minimise harm to people and property, kept up to date through regular drills.
- Provide regular health and safety training to all employees, along with suitable personal protective equipment and safe work equipment.
This policy covers not only our factory staff but also customers and suppliers visiting our facility and the subcontractors we work with on site.
